Our pre-press team operate a Prinergy Workflow system with on-line proofing 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
We accept artwork in all typical formats and operate with the very latest DTP and image editing packages.

Sheetfed Litho
The pressroom has the very latest in print technology with two brand new B1 KBA presses and operates 24 hours, 6 days a week.
Our press configuration allows us to manufacture a wide variety of products, printing up to 10 colours with various seal and coating options available.
Digital
Operating from the same production facility is Burlington Digital Print who operate mono and colour SRA3 presses. Capable of handling variable data for direct mail with great accuracy and fast turnarounds. Proving a great alternative to litho for shorter runs or presentation documents required next day. Finishing
Our extensive in-house finishing facilities include; perfect binding, saddle stitching, and thread sewing. Additionally we are capable of multi-hole drilling, complex folding and pocket make-up.
Direct Mail and Fulfilment
Our experienced fulfilment team handle all types of work from complex mail sorting through to bespoke packaging. We will manage your databases and take care of your direct mail campaigns from start to finish. Facilities include a fully automated polywrap line with inkjet personalisation, additionally we have automated collation, insertion, shrink wrapping and multi-hole drilling facilities available.
Storage and Distribution
We can offer stock management from our secure 10,000ft warehousing facilities and all vehicles are fitted with fleetstar tracking devices to ensure your products are delivered as efficiently as possible.
Customer Service
We pride ourselves on our responsive and pro-active customer service. Continually developing procedures to ensure that our operations are consistent and personal. A dedicated account executive will work directly on each project ensuring all information is transferred, that any specific requirements are met and that a quality product is delivered on schedule.
